Cancellation Policy
We take a 25% deposit for guided trips and 50% deposit for rental/shuttles at the time of booking. The full cost of your trip is due two 14 days before you launch.
It can be really hard to reallocate resources for trips, we buy food, assign equipment and have guides and drivers set aside for your trip, so we have to cover those costs. Our cancellation policy reflects this:
If you cancel more than 30 days before your trip, we will refund your deposit.
If you cancel within two weeks of your launch date, we will refund you 50% of the trip cost.
If you cancel within 7 days of the trip, we refund you 25%.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your trip, we are unable to offer a refund.
We will work with you to reschedule if it is possible.
Rescheduling
Any trips that wish to reschedule 30-days prior to launch date may do so with no penalties or additional charges.
Any trips that wish to reschedule 14-days prior to launch date may do so with a 25% loss of deposit.
Any trips that wish to reschedule within 14-days of trip launch may do so with a 50% loss of deposit.
You must reschedule for a date within the next two years.
